Terms and Conditions of Interactive Broker Connector Subscription

The following are the Terms and Conditions applicable in respect of the Interactive Broker Connector Subscription (“The IB Connector Subscription”) being provided to customers (“the Customer”) by TSLAB CYPRUS LIMITED (“TSLab”). Access to the benefits of this Service is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Purchasing the IB Connector Subscription, you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, without modification. For more information, please contact https://support.tslab.pro.

1. The IB Connector Subscription is offered to the Customers from the 1st of January 2018 and will continue thereafter unless and until the the IB Connector Subscription is terminated by TSLab.
2. The IB Connector Subscription is available to all Interactive Brokers Customers. Customers purchasing the IB Connector Subscription should have active Interactive Broker subscription as well.
3. There are no limitations in using the IB Connector Subscription on several PCs simultaneously.
4. Should a Customer benefitting from this Service violate any laws of any jurisdiction, hack, crack, distribute viruses, conduct fraudulent activities, sabotage networks, phish and/or conduct any other illegal activity, TSLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service immediately.
5. The IB Connector Subscription data will be sent to the Customer by e-mail immediately after the payment process has been successfully completed. Regular payment and benefits of the IB Connector Subscription shall be automatically renewed once per billing cycle. It shall be so renewed until the Customer decides to terminate the Service or until the Service is withdrawn by TSLab. The Customer may terminate the IB Connector Subscription at any point, subject to a minimum duration of one bill cycle by using My TSLab.
6. The Customer can request a refund via https://support.tslab.pro for any reason within fourteen days of purchase. The Customer will be issued a full refund of the purchase within a week of approval. The Customer will receive the refund through the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
7. TSLab reserves the right to suspend, amend or otherwise alter the IB Connector Subscription and these Terms and Conditions.
